There are many kinds of meats and their parts. To be a good chef, you have to be able to recognize and correctly use them. But we are at the start now. So don't worry, step by step we can reach all we want. If you cook for example at restaurant in the future, you will need to know also approximate prices of meat. So let's start with this...
