Lesson 1. Basic Concepts: accessibility. Accessibility in Documents

1.1.Expressing opinion.

First in the class we are going to discuss and debate these questions. Please, discuss them with other student next to you expressing your opinion.

1.2. Vocabulary

a) Try to complete all the exercises that you will find in "Vocabulary Exercises" at the end of the lesson.  Crossword and order sentence.

b) Search information about dyslexia, blindness, coulour-blindness (colorblind, color-blind (US), colour-blind (UK)), etc. Share the information thith the whole group. At the end, think of 3 ways to improve their lives in class. How does this student be able to learn in our class? What do we need? Work with your team and at the end of the class you will explain to the other students this information.

 

1.3 Accesibility in Documents.

We are going to create or update the following types of files to make them accessible:

Look for some pages that explain you how to create accessible Word and PowerPoint documents

 

Finally, try to prepare a power point document in which you will have to explain to the class in 2 slides what your web site is based on: energy, popullation, location, etc This document must be accessible.
