COOL - The Knights Of Malta

Introduction

The reign of the Knights of Malta spanned over two hundred years from 1530 to 1798. They were a religious order whose intent was to help and protect Christians and  their institutions from invaders. Naturally, having ruled Malta for so many years and considering the state Malta was in when they first arrived, they did a lot of work and  greatly influenced Malta and the Maltese, but they did not come without flaws. So much so, that at some point in time the Maltese wanted them out. They were finally  ousted by the French who at the time were led by Napolean Bonaparte.

Task 3

Undoubtedly, the Knights could be exasperating to say the least. However, one has to keep in mind that there wasn't much of anything at the time. So, with all these misdeeds, what legacy did the Knights leave Malta? Go to Activity 2 to find out. You will have to make a copy of the page so that you can do  the  activity.

Conclusion
