FIVE A DAY!

Hi, friends!

I am in Illinois! I am happy because I have a healthy daily routine!

I brush my teeth three times a day. I eat fruit and vegetables and I drink a lot of water. I practice sports with my siblings two times a week. I read a lot, I like reading modern fantasy books! But, I should sit up correctly when I do it. I take a shower every day before have dinner and then, I go to bed early to sleep.

My grandfather says that I should be healthy and I have to help others!
