LET’S PLAY AN ALTERNATIVE SPORT!
OBJECTIVES |

· Know the basic technical and tactical foundations of contemporary alternative sports games as well as promote the physical, recreational and sporting sense. · Challenges and solve tactical problems of collective games, with or without opposition, individually or collectively and cooperatively coordinated depending on the proper role adopted. · Solve motor problems in different situations of the game in relation to stimuli and conditioning space time using and com-bining basic motor skills and specific motor skills depending on game conditions. · Identify some positive effects of physical activities and hygiene on health and personal well- being. · Improve fitness through the practice of alternative sport games setting prior assessment and knowledge of personal possibilities. · Demonstrate a personal and socially responsible behavior in relation to oneself and others accepting social and game rules of the proposed sports, accepting different roles for the sake of teamwork and rejecting any situation of contempt or discrimination whatever reason. · Understanding the social sense of alternative sports to our own society and Anglophone societies.
