In this first lesson, as a introduction to functions, we will debate about what do you know previously them and what applications to real life would you expect of them. It takes 10 minutes
-To do that, in the first place join in groups of 2-3 people and try to give the function's definition. Write your definitions in the wiki of class. It takes a maximum of 20 minutes.
-In the second place, let's make a list with the function's vocabulary you know. After that this vocabulary will be completed and explained by the teacher. Write the vocabulary in the wiki, too. It takes a maximum of 20 minutes.
-In the next place, it's time to learn some English grammar. Let's learn "to be", "have got" and "present simple".

-Finally, let's do the brainstorming. You will debate about what do you think functions are useful for in real life. Imagination! It takes a maximum of 10 minutes.
Students will have homework for the next day: make a concept map with all the vocabulary of functions well connected.
