Introduction: 

By the end of this LU, you will know 3 areas in which transparency is important.

Content:

As we have seen in the previous unit. Being transparent leads to improved communication and trust between team members. 

 

A workplace with transparent communication tends to be more collaborative, with information shared between employees between different levels of the organization. This also leads to more innovative backgrounds, since they get more information and confidence in themselves. In those backgrounds , the sharing of ideas is encouraged.

 

Now we will focus on three key benefits of transparency:.

 

 

 

Transparency takeaways:

We are taught that honesty is the best policy, but that if we have nothing nice to say, it is best to say nothing at all. However, transparency is not about saying whatever comes to mind, it is about understanding the benefits of honesty and communication in your organisation.
