One of the ways in which you can develop your creativity is by collaborating with others and learning from them
The words in bold are verbs (collaborating & learning) plus a preposition (with & from). The prepositions are known as dependent prepositions, which means that it is the word before the preposition that determines which preposition should follow it, and they are always the same prepositions. A change in preposition may indicate a different meaning to the word.
