To manage the users and groups, Lliurex uses a program called admin-users, this program is installed, although doesn't appear in the Lliurex Menus.
Open a terminal selecting Aplicaciones -->Accesorios-->Terminal
Write users-admin and tap in the enter key.
NOTE: In Lliurex 14.6 this tool isn't installed. To install it in Lliurex 14.06 you must execute the comand sudo apt-get install gnome-system-tools. But it's not the case here because you have just installed a Lliurex 15.05
Let's create the groups.
You must create a group for each department workers.The groups will be named
empventas
emprecurhum
empconta
empadm
You must include all the department workers in each group, both regular workers and heads of department
To create a group run the program users-admin, open a terminal and write users-admin. Don't use sudo this time,
and click on the button Gestionar los grupos
Click on the button añadir
Put a name for the new group and select the users to include on it. Let Lliurex choose the Identificador de grupo number authomatically
The following table shows the groups you must create and the users you must include on them.

Use Nautilus in admin mode to open the file /etc/group. Remember how to do it: open a terminal, write sudo Nautilus, and get into the /etc folder. Then upload the group file to Moodle
Capture your real machine deskto. The users-admin screen must be visible and showing the groups you have just created.
